I'm Chloe, a Dance Movement Psychotherapist with an MA in Dance Movement Psychotherapy from the University of Derby. I’m passionate about working creatively and compassionately with people of all ages to support emotional health and self-expression.

As part of my training, I completed over 100 hours of clinical placement, delivering both 1:1 and group sessions with children in schools and vulnerable adults in community settings.

Having personal experience of ADHD, I deeply understand how traditional forms of therapy don’t always meet the needs of everyone. This insight informs my neurodivergent-affirming approach—offering therapy that is inclusive, flexible, and supportive of different ways of thinking, feeling, and expressing.

I specialise in working with:

· Children and young people

· Neurodivergent individuals

· People living with trauma, anxiety, or emotional regulation difficulties

You don’t need any experience with dance to take part—just curiosity and a willingness to explore in a safe, creative space.
